I'm Juan Rossi, everyone calls me Juancho.

I began my journey as a developer at the age of 12. Since 2002, I've explored various facets of the tech industry, holding positions at some of Latin America's leading product, fintech, and proptech companies. I've also ventured into entrepreneurship with Ofelia and earned a Master's in Business Administration from IAE Business School.

In addition to my work in technology, I'm also a certified ontological coach, specializing in executive leadership coaching. I help executives and teams navigate challenges, develop effective strategies, and unlock their full potential. My coaching integrates insights from technology, product development, and business processes, offering a well-rounded approach to personal and professional growth.

I'm passionate about the Wim Hof Method, dedicated to running and meditation, and I enjoy cable wakeboarding.
